Landing Quebec, move to Toronto

Dear Moderator / Dear Friends,

Greetings.

We (me, my wife & my daughter 8 yrs ) will immigrate to Quebec in DEC 2009. But, we will stay in Montreal just 3-4 days. Then, We must go to Toronto because of our job. Now, I have 2 questions:

1) Should I apply for HEALTH Card in Toronto upon arrival? Or I must apply in Quebec before going to Toronto?

2) Can I apply for SIN card in Toronto upon arrival? Or I must apply in Quebec before going to Toronto?

Why won't you arrive directly in Toronto? You don't need to go to Quebec even if you have a certificate of selection.

Same reply. You don't have to land in Quebec.

You'll need to pay for a private health insurance for your first 3 months in Ontario before getting your ontario health card.

I landed in Toronto even though I had been selected by Quebec. Immigration never asked question about it.

I didn't know that we were allowed to use English in this forum. Anyway, as explained by E.Nia & Guille, all you have to do is to change your tickets and land over here in Toronto. Unlesse you have to arrive in Montreal first, for personal reason. Welcome to Canada.
