Nonebusky Posté(e) il y a 1 heure Posté(e) il y a 1 heure I’m currently trying to calculate my CRS score for Express Entry, and I’m getting a bit confused about how IRCC actually counts work experience, especially when it’s not a standard 40-hour week. I found a helpful discussion on Reddit about this (link here: reddit.com/r/ImmigrationCanada/comments/1qxh809/counting_work_experience/). It seems like there’s a big difference between how they view continuous full-time work versus accumulated part-time hours. For example, if I worked 20 hours a week for two years, does that strictly equal one year of full-time experience, or is there a trap I’m missing? Also, does the experience have to be in the same NOC code the entire time to count for the Federal Skilled Worker program? If anyone has gone through the PR process recently and had to deal with non-traditional work hours, I’d love to hear how you documented it in your reference letters. Citer
