Problème avec ECAS

Bonjour je viens de découvrir le site ECAS où la possibilité de suivre sa demande 

j'y rentre mes données et on me sort ce message: "

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

• Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
• This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:
      Application Processing Times"

je ne comprends pas pourquoi pourtant j'ai mon DF 12/20, biometrie fev21, vmf2 nov21

ce forum n’assure pas le support des sites d’immigration. Consultez le support

technique du site en question.

Parce que vous devez vous tromper quelque part, il y a une nouveau suivi en ligne.

Bien vérifier vos informations et lire le site de l'IRCC.
